Returns & Refunds policy

SASA Dynamics – Gifts & Toys

At SASA Dynamics, we strive to deliver high-quality personalized gifts and toys. Please read our return policy carefully before placing your order.

Personalized Gifts

  • All customized and personalized products are non-returnable and non-refundable.

  • Since these products are specially made according to your specifications (names, photos, messages, etc.), cancellations or modifications are not allowed once production has started.

  • If the product is delivered damaged or defective, you must notify us within 48 hours of delivery with clear photo/video evidence.

Toys & Non-Personalized Products

  • Returns are accepted within 7 days of delivery.

  • Products must be unused, undamaged, and in original packaging with tags intact.

  • Items showing signs of use or damage by the customer will not be eligible for return.

Damaged / Wrong Product

If you receive:

  • A damaged product

  • A defective product

  • A wrong item

Please email us within 48 hours of delivery with:

  • Order number

  • Photos/videos of the product

  • Description of the issue

After verification, we will offer a replacement or refund as applicable.

Refund Process

  • Approved refunds will be processed within 5–7 business days.

  • Refunds will be credited to the original payment method.

  • Shipping charges (if applicable) are non-refundable unless the return is due to our error.

Return Shipping

  • Customers may be responsible for return shipping costs unless the return is due to a damaged, defective, or incorrect product.

  • SASA Dynamics reserves the right to arrange reverse pickup where applicable.

Non-Returnable Items

  • Personalized/customized products

  • Items purchased during clearance or special sale

  • Gift cards (if applicable)
