At SASA Dynamics, we strive to deliver high-quality personalized gifts and toys. Please read our return policy carefully before placing your order.
Personalized Gifts
All customized and personalized products are non-returnable and non-refundable.
Since these products are specially made according to your specifications (names, photos, messages, etc.), cancellations or modifications are not allowed once production has started.
If the product is delivered damaged or defective, you must notify us within 48 hours of delivery with clear photo/video evidence.
Toys & Non-Personalized Products
Returns are accepted within 7 days of delivery.
Products must be unused, undamaged, and in original packaging with tags intact.
Items showing signs of use or damage by the customer will not be eligible for return.
Damaged / Wrong Product
If you receive:
A damaged product
A defective product
A wrong item
Please email us within 48 hours of delivery with:
Order number
Photos/videos of the product
Description of the issue
After verification, we will offer a replacement or refund as applicable.
Refund Process
Approved refunds will be processed within 5ā7 business days.
Refunds will be credited to the original payment method.
Shipping charges (if applicable) are non-refundable unless the return is due to our error.
Return Shipping
Customers may be responsible for return shipping costs unless the return is due to a damaged, defective, or incorrect product.
SASA Dynamics reserves the right to arrange reverse pickup where applicable.
